In this case, ginger beer still plays a big role, but seasonal pomegranate seeds are added, as is St. Germain elderflower liqueur, for a snowy kick. It’s a dash of cheer for cold nights, and, best of all, it works great in a pitcher for your next Christmas party! Our friends are all convinced, and we think yours will be too.
The Ingredients
To make a pitcher of holiday cheer, you will need:

2 parts vodka

1 cup elderflower liqueur

3 parts clementine juice (blood orange or orange juice will do in a pinch)

6 parts ginger beer

Thyme sprigs or mint leaves, to taste

Arils of 1 pomegranate
How to Assemble the Cheer

In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine vodka, elderflower liqueur, and citrus juice.

When it’s time to serve, add ice, ginger beer, and pomegranate arils.

Garnish with thyme or mint and serve!
